Shipping policy
Overview
This will list the shipping policy for all products ordered on this website. The terms "we" "us" and "our" refer to Madeline's Closet. Please take your time to carefully read through this before you place an order (if any) to be shipped. This policy may be changed at any point and it is your responsibility to re-read this before placing your order.
Where we ship to
We only ship order to the following parts of the United States:
Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm their address at checkout accurately. We are not responsible for mistakes entered at checkout that may have an impact on the shipping details.
Shipping Carrier Responsibilities
When your order is going through the shipping process, we are not responsible for your package. If the package arrives later than expected, that is the responsibility of whatever carrier your package ships with (that you select at checkout). If a product comes damaged from shipping, please feel free to email us at support@madelinescloset.com, so we can do the best to resolve the issue.
Shipment Tracking
We will do our best to provide tracking to your shipment, but do not guarantee it. If tracking is available for order shipment, you may view it under your order details. If not available, we will still make sure to notify you as soon as possible upon arrival of your shipment.
Local Delivery
If eligible, orders may be delivered to your address. To use this method, select 'Local Delivery'. Special instructions may be added regarding the delivery of your order. By default, the package will be delivered to your front door. It is the customer's responsibility to enter proper delivery instructions. Local delivery may not be available every day. When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email to notify you. If you would prefer specific delivery dates, include it in the special delivery instructions field, or email 'support@madelinescloset.com'.
