Where can my order be shipped to?
Your order may be shipped anywhere in the Continental U.S. We do not ship internationally.
Refund, Exchange, & Shipping Policy
All sales are final; no refunds. We have a 7 day exchange policy from the time your order is received. Please email us first to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to management's approval. Please do not send back an item without prior authorization. Send us an email for approval and provide us with a reason for exchange. The customer is responsible for paying for shipping back the item.
Shipping is non refundable. All items must be in new condition & unused, with all original packaging/tags attached. Exchanges sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the customer.
*There are no exchanges for sale/clearance items, food/candy items, spa products, party favors, and hair accessories.
If there are any questions about a product, please send us an email. If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address or customer info, please send us an email immediately so we can try to correct the error as soon as possible. We are not responsible for customer error if the wrong information is entered.
